Participants step into the role of a cockpit crew and engage in highly realistic flight simulations. This offers executives a unique opportunity to apply proven high-performance principles from the flight deck.
Cockpit setting
Even while flying a state-of-the-art Airbus, Capitum’s technology keeps operational complexity out of focus, allowing participants to concentrate on leadership topics. Up to three cockpits can operate in parallel, each with four-member »crew« and each guided by a Capitum flight captain.
Debriefing
Each simulation concludes with a debriefing facilitated by Capitum flight captains, based exclusively on the actual »Crew« behavior during the simulations – driving trust and acceptance among participating executives.
